We are a not-for-profit organization. 100% of the monthly HOA assessment goes to providing services and maintaining the facilities for our owners and residents. There is no profit chasing corporation looking to squeeze every dollar out of the community. The fee you pay is used to provide the services, activities and keep the campus in tip-top shape.
