Conveniently located on the Covenant Towers campus, our Skilled Nursing Center is proof that small is back in style. With a reputation anchored in more than a quarter-century of superior healthcare services, we offer experienced, professional on site therapy. Our 30-bed skilled nursing facility is available for a short-term, long-term, or Medicare visit.
