Covenant Towers Skilled Nursing Center is a small private facility with Medicare certified capabilities in an intimate setting and a 23 year reputation for quality care. Covenant Towers offers an experienced on site therapy team. Should illness unexpectedly strike it is nice to know that nursing care is available on a short term, long term, Medicare and rehabilitative basis. A 30 bed skilled nursing facility, staffed with trained professionals, is located on-site. Twenty-four hour emergency response is available to all residents of Covenant Towers, by calling 911 and/or activating the security system in your unit, providing homeowners with added comfort and security.
Our health center features the following amenities:
- Flat screen televisions in each room
- Private phones with individual phone numbers
- Staffed Activities Director
- Meals prepared by an on site chef
- Hill-Rom beds (designed specifically for nursing care)
- Simplex fire system
- Aiphone Nurse Call System
- Home like, quiet, private and semi-private rooms
Skilled HealthCare:
- Our resident to staff ratio is higher than required
- We have a registered nurse as Director of Nursing (DON) with over 16 years experience
- All nursing staff is registered, licensed and/or certified by the State
- Hospice residents are welcomed.
- Covenant Towers provides in house physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology
